Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with Mighty. If the Pro upgrade doesn't work out for you, getting a refund is straightforward.

If you purchased Mighty Pro and it's not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

How to Request a Refund

You have two options:

• Email me directly at support@mikezamayias.com with your purchase details. I do not hold your payment, so I cannot move the money myself; what I do is approve and submit the refund through Polar on your behalf.
• Contact Polar — since Polar is the Merchant of Record for all Mighty transactions, you can also request a refund directly through them. Polar's support and refund-request links are in your purchase receipt email and at docs.polar.sh.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your license is marked as revoked and Pro features stop working the next time Mighty checks the license online. You'll still have full access to the free tier — battery level and charging status, DPI and polling rate readback, and automatic device detection continue to work as always. Your settings stay on your Mac in case you buy again later.

Free Tier

The free tier of Mighty requires no payment and therefore no refund policy applies. You can use it for as long as you like, at no cost.

Processing Time

Polar performs the actual refund transaction and handles any sales tax / VAT that was collected at checkout. How long the money takes to reach you is decided by Polar, your payment method, and your bank, not by me, so I cannot promise a specific number of days. If a refund has not appeared after a reasonable period, email me and I will chase it with Polar.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Article 16(m) of that directive allows the right to be lost for digital content supplied immediately, but only where you gave prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged losing the right. Whether that consent and acknowledgement were obtained happens at the Polar checkout, which Polar operates and I do not. I do not claim your withdrawal right has been waived. The 30-day money-back guarantee above is offered separately and in addition, and does not replace or reduce your statutory rights.
