I want you to be happy with Mighty. If the Pro upgrade doesn't work out for you, getting a refund is straightforward.
If you purchased Mighty Pro and it's not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
You have two options:
Once your refund is processed, your Pro features will be deactivated. You'll still have full access to the free tier — battery monitoring, low battery alerts, and automatic device detection continue to work as always.
The free tier of Mighty requires no payment and therefore no refund policy applies. You can use it for as long as you like, at no cost.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Lemon Squeezy handles the actual refund transaction and the remittance of any sales tax / VAT that was collected at checkout.
If you are an EU consumer, you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By completing the Mighty Pro checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital license key and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is therefore lost as soon as the key is issued (Article 16(m)). The 30-day money-back guarantee above applies on top of those statutory rights and does not replace them.
